26th November 2012 27 Woodlands Road Cookley Kidderminster DY10 3TL Dear John We would just like to say how delighted we are with the wonderful master bedroom extension you have built for us, which has truly exceeded all of our expectations on every level. Having unwittingly got involved with cowboy builders about ten years ago when we last had an extension built, we had been left badly scarred by our experience of endless lies and broken promises, unexpected extra costs, work left unfinished or poorly done, and never knowing when the builders would turn up for work each day, or even if they would turn up at all. This time around we were insistent on appointing someone trustworthy, dependable, honest and reliable. We have been extremely pleased to have engaged you, secure in the knowledge that you would be arriving and doing a full day's work each day without fail; delivering exactly what you had promised and within budget; working tidily and considerately, as well as respecting our privacy as a family with four children. We have to say that the new master bedroom and en-suite bathroom is absolutely beautiful. It has turned out even better than we had ever hoped for, and we attribute this to your excellent standard of workmanship and attention to detail. Nothing has been too much trouble for you, and every extra detail we have asked you to accommodate has been dealt with by a smile and a 'can-do' attitude. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to others, and indeed look forward to securing your services again when we are ready to go ahead with our proposed kitchen extension.
