An unsightly and dangerous walkway between 2 buildings, converted to DDA compliant access ramps - pics with railings to follow soon.

     

  

New fence, posts and gate integrated with a new log store complete with tiled roof, guttering and lead flashing

   

DDA compliant handrails designed and fitted to disabled access ramps

     

Shower Room Renovation - Creation of storage space, battened walls and new floor

     

Construction complete, just needs a lick of paint...

    

Faux Shutters for a Park Home, using tongue and groove boards and a wedged backing rail to "tie" the open shutters to the walls

     

   

Concrete ramp with brick edging and galvanised hand rail added to some exisiting fanned steps to make access easier

      

Carpenter Bee damage to mortar joints - Repointed and bricks replaced

   

Render patching and Tyrolene finish

   

A well used outbuilding in need of well, virtually new everything! Including 2 feet of extra height - the green door was only 5 feet tall!

   

   

Another bathroom, stripped and ready to be updated. Walls boarded, tiled, new boxing in, new suite, and floor fixed and levelled for new lino

   

 

My own Log Store and Shed under construction

   

No "Before" pics, just a flat wall with a gas vent on it. Opened up the fireplace, rendered the walls and installed log burner, polished porcelain tiles and bespoke custom made fireplace surround

   

Complete Log Burner and Double Skin Flue, Cellar was built up to provide a stable base for the hearth and brickwork - finished with reclaimed bricks, oak beam and quarry tiles for a really authentic look in a period cottage.
